We’re looking for a variety of quality, vibrant vendors. We pride ourselves on working with independent brands; this is taken into consideration when selecting who we invite to trade.

We review every submission we get, but due to the huge number of vendors that apply, we will not be able to get back to everyone.

Food

Pitches are limited to a maximum of 10 savoury food traders with no category crossovers.

Prices are for pitches with a 6m frontage and a maximum of 9m deep; larger pitches can be supplied if required (additional costs may be incurred).

The local authority, Southend City Council, requires you to have a food hygiene rating of 4 or 5 to trade at this event. Please only apply if you hold this.

Accessibility is a priority for us; therefore, traders should offer at least one main meal for no more than £10, and should offer a menu that caters to all diets and dietary requirements.

Pitches operate with a 15% commission. This is deducted at source minus card transaction fees.

Vendors are required to use festival-provided payment terminals, with a reporting and sales dashboard provided to track sales to provide clear oversight of the commission split.

Vendors will receive a 85% payout (plus VAT) within 14-days post-event.

A non-refundable £1,200+VAT down payment is required to secure the pitch; this is deducted from our commission before any payouts post-event.

Pitch fee includes Wi-Fi and waste disposal.

Power can be supplied at £200+VAT for a 16amp connection or £350+VAT for 32amp

Drink

Lazydays Festival operates its own bars and therefore is not open to applications from bar vendors offering full-service bars.

We are, however, keen to partner with drink producers, such as breweries, distilleries, and independent drinks brands, who are interested in: running a partner bar serving their own products; securing main bar product listings; or exploring creative brand activation opportunities.

If this sounds like a good fit, get in touch at info@lazydaysfestival.com to discuss the available options.
