Below you’ll find information about accessible facilities at the festival, as well as guidance for attending as an accessibility customer.
We’re excited to welcome you to Lazydays Festival and are committed to making the event as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Accessible viewing area
A dedicated ground-level viewing area is available beside the sound desk tent and is separated from the main crowd by barriers. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To make sure the space is available for those who need it, access is limited to the approved Access Customer and their Essential Companion.
We are exploring the possibility of adding a raised viewing platform for the 2026 event and will share more details once confirmed.
Accessible toilets
Wheelchair-accessible and standard toilets are available across the site for accessibility customers and their essential companions.
Food & Drink
A selection of delicious gluten-free and vegan options will be available will be available along with non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mocktails.
Accessibility customers are permitted to bring essential food and drink requirements into the festival. If required, please highlight this on your application so that we can issue a pass to authorise this at the entrance gate. (This applies to accessibility customers only and not to their essential companions, or other customers attending with them).
Assistance dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are permitted in all areas of the festival.
Accessible car parking
Limited Blue Badge parking is available at Priory Park, along with a designated drop-off/pick-up zone and taxi rank. We also offer a Park & Ride service with our partner London Southend Airport which can be booked when buying your ticket.
Site layout
A detailed site map, highlighting all facilities, will be available nearer to the festival dates.
Special Effects
Strobe lights, fireworks, smoke and other effects will be in use at this event.
Essential companion tickets
We offer one (1) General Admission Essential Companion Ticket, free of charge (subject to capacity) to provide the support you need and additional assistance during the event. We will require evidence before issuing the ticket.

You must first purchase your ticket(s) and then register for your Essential Companion Ticket where you will be asked to add your booking reference, we will then add your free ticket to your order.

Forms of accepted evidence are listed below. Please note, documents should be dated within the last 12 months.
Proof of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance for care and/or mobility.
Personal Independence Payments (PIP).
Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement Pension for 80% or more disability.
Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example, an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sight impaired (partially sighted).
A personal letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker or consultation letter that states the individual has a long-term impairment or disability and requires assistance.

If you would like to attend as part of a VIP package, we will issue a General Admission Essential Companion Ticket, after which a VIP upgrade can be purchased.
