Lazydays is a non-camping festival, but Southend is full of great places to stay nearby. We’ll be sharing some of our favourites here soon.

Yes! Day tickets are available right now - but you can save up to £47pp on weekend tickets, if you’re quick. First timers always tell us they wished they’d planned to come for all 3 days.

Southend is served by two train lines out of London, with a station just under 10-minutes walk away, and a free shuttle from Southend Central. The nearest parking is at London Southend Airport, with a free shuttle straight to Priory Park. We’re well connected - getting here isn’t a faff. See our Getting Here page for more info.

The full festival experience! Multiple bars with independent beers, cider, wines, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks from local and regional producers.
There’s live music across three stages, a venue dedicated to children’s activities and entertainment, street food, interactive demos, talks, tastings, and experiences, kids activities, surprises, and so much more.

As early as possible to not miss out!
We recommend arriving at least 10-20 minutes before gates open (see event times!) each day, to maximise your time at the festival. The queue will open 30 minutes before gates open, when bag searches and ticket scanning will be carried out, so you’re all ready to go in when gates open.

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted at the festival. However, there will be an incredible variety of street food vendors to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Please note you may bring in one sealed water bottle or an empty refillable water container (and we have refillable water points).

Yes, we will have a selection of delicious non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mocktails. Gluten-free options will be available.

Earlybird tickets have sold out. The exclusive 72-hour pre-sale opens on Thursday 27 November at 10am if you’re signed up, saving up to £47pp on weekend tickets. The remaining inventory will go into General sale opens on Sunday 30 November at 10am.

Yes - under 18s must buy a ticket alongside a responsible adult/parent/carer - and attend with them. No under 18s will be permitted entry without a responsible adult.

Yes, except babies-in-arms. All Child (1-11) and Young Adult (12-17) tickets must be booked with an Adult ticket and cannot be booked separately. If you are an existing booker and need to add a child or young adult ticket to your order, please log in to your FIXR account. A maximum of two under-18 tickets per Adult ticket can be added.
A maximum of 2 under-18s are permitted per adult over 18.

We are unable to swap tickets.

We offer one (1) General Admission companion ticket, free of charge (subject to capacity), to provide the support you need and additional assistance during the event. We require evidence before issuing a Carer ticket. It is recommended you first purchase your ticket, and then complete the carer application form here, we can then add a ticket to your order.
If you would like to attend as part of a VIP package, we will issue a general admission Carer ticket, after which a VIP upgrade can be purchased in your Kaboodle account.
Forms of accepted evidence are listed below.
Proof of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance for care and/or mobility.
Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement Pension for 80% or more disability.
Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example, an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sight impaired (partially sighted).
A personal letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker or consultation letter that states the individual has a long-term impairment or disability and requires assistance.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged and days cannot be swapped.

Our booking fee covers the transaction fees charged by our platform partner, FIXR and the payment processing fee charged by our payment partner, Stripe.
Terms of entry

We allow one sealed bottle of water per person or an empty refillable container. Please bring a proof of ID document, such as a driver's license or passport, as we operate a Challenge 25 policy.
The following items will not be permitted: alcohol; food; Chinese lanterns; candles; paraffin lamps; sound systems; generators; BBQs; drones; laser pens; selfie sticks; all illegal drugs and psychoactive substances; compressed gas containers; aerosols; flares; air horns; flag sticks; banners, signs or materials displaying political, religious, offensive or race-related messages, slogans or images; any item that an Authorised Person considers dangerous; animals (other than guide dogs) are not permitted only for ticketed events. Any Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed even if the item itself is not illegal without compensation at the discretion of any Authorised Person.

As much as we love them no pets are not allowed at the festival. Guide and assistance dogs are permitted.

No, there is a no re-entry policy.

We recommend bringing no more than a small bag to the festival, however, larger bags are permitted. We know families with little ones often need to have a lot with them!
For the safety and security of all attendees, our security staff will be carrying out random bag searches. No food or drink is permitted inside the festival, except either a sealed water bottle or an empty refillable water container. There are water points inside the arena.
