There are several benefits to using a drink tokens system. These include:

1. Purchasing drink tokens online ahead of the event at a 10% discount.

2. Speed and efficiency: Drink tokens systems can significantly reduce transaction times at the bar, which means shorter wait times leaving more time for you to enjoy the festival. Plus, as the queuing area will open 30 minutes before the festival starts, we’ll issue any pre-purchased drink tokens at this point.

3. Security and convenience: Drink tokens systems reduce cash handling, which can deter theft. You don't have to worry about carrying cash or losing your credit card.

4. Reduced environmental impact: Token systems can help to reduce the environmental impact of the festival by eliminating the need for paper receipts.

If you buy drink tokens in advance, we will issue these upon entry to the festival. Our queue entry system will open 30 minutes before the session starts, during which time we’ll issue your wristband, and drink tokens and conduct random bag searches to speed up your entry to the festival.

Drink tokens can only be exchanged for bar purchases. Food and retail purchases will require cash or card payment.

There will be a delicious array of food trucks on offer as well as artisan craft makers, retailers and Lazydays merchandise, as well as a chance to purchase your new favourite tipple to take home (for collection upon leaving the festival).

You can purchase additional sessions, but we’re unable to process requests to swap sessions.

Yes, up to £20 of drink tokens can be refunded per person at the end of a session.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged and sessions cannot be swapped.

Our booking fee covers the transaction fees charged by our platform partner, Easol and the payment processing fee charged by our payment partner, Stripe.

We will require evidence before issuing a Carer ticket.
