Before you email in, please take a moment to check if we’ve answered your question below.  We’re a small team, so responses might not be immediate, but the answers below might be just what you need to know!

The event

  • Lazydays Festival takes place Friday 25 to Sunday 27 July 2025.

  • Lazydays is a craft drink + music festival - a celebration of all things craft, featuring a wide variety of craft beers, ciders, spirits, cocktails, wines and soft drinks, accompanied by great food and music.

  • Our first event is located in Priory Park, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ND.

  • Friday: 5pm - 11pm
    Saturday: 11am - 11pm
    Sunday: 11am - 8pm

  • As early as possible to not miss out! 


    We recommend arriving at least 10-20 minutes before gates open (see event times!) each day, to maximise your time at the festival. The queue will open 30 minutes before gates open, when bag searches and ticket scanning will be carried out, so you’re all ready to go in when gates open.

  • You can expect to find a wide variety of craft beers, cider, nectar, wines, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks from local and regional producers. There will also be live music across two stages, food vendors, interactive demonstrations, talks and experiences, plus kids activities in our two daytime family friendly sessions.

  • No, outside food and drinks are not permitted at the festival. However, there will be an incredible variety of food vendors to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Please note you may bring in one sealed water bottle or an empty refillable water container.

  • Yes, we will have a selection of delicious non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mocktails. Gluten-free options will be available. 

  • We did! But now Saturday is one whole day of Lazydays! Thanks to attendee feedback, we’ve combined the two sessions so the fun can last into the night.

Tickets

  • If you can not find the answer below please email our ticketing partner on lazydays@kaboodle.com. If you purchased your ticket through Skiddle, Love to Visit or See, you’ll need to contact them directly.

  • Tickets will be emailed 7 days before the event.

  • All Child (1-11) and Young Adult (12-17) tickets must be booked with an Adult ticket and cannot be booked separately. If you are an existing booker and need to add a child or young adult ticket to your order, please log in to your Kaboodle account here. A maximum of two under-18 tickets per Adult ticket can be added.

    New for 2025: All Lazydays sessions are now family-friendly!

    Children over one will require a ticket to access the festival, those under one (babies-in-arms) do not require a ticket.

    There are two types of tickets for under 18s, children (under 11) which are FREE, and young adults (12-17).

    A maximum of 2 under 18s are permitted per adult over 18.

  • You don’t! You can arrive from 11am, and stay all the way through until 11pm. Got a VIP ticket? The same applies for you too! 

  • Thanks to attendee feedback, we’ve combined the two Saturday sessions so everyone can get the most out of their Lazydays ticket. You don’t need to do anything, your tickets will automatically be changed to Saturday full-day entry, and sent to you by email 7-days before the festival.

  • VIP tickets and VIP upgrades have now sold-out. There is no waiting list.

  • If you are an existing booker, and booked through Kaboodle (not Skiddle, Love to Visit or See) and want to add another ticket to your order, please log in to your Kaboodle account here.

  • We are unable to swap session tickets.

  • We offer one (1) General Admission companion ticket, free of charge (subject to capacity), to provide the support you need and additional assistance during the event. We require evidence before issuing a Carer ticket. It is recommended you first purchase your ticket, and then complete the carer application form here, we can then add a ticket to your order.

    If you would like to attend as part of a VIP package, we will issue a general admission Carer ticket, after which a VIP upgrade can be purchased in your Kaboodle account.

    Forms of accepted evidence are listed below. 

    • Proof of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance for care and/or mobility.

    • Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

    • Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.

    • War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement Pension for 80% or more disability.

    • Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example, an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sight impaired (partially sighted).

    • A personal letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker or consultation letter that states the individual has a long-term impairment or disability and requires assistance.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged and sessions cannot be swapped.

  • Our booking fee covers the transaction fees charged by our platform partner, Kaboodle and the payment processing fee charged by our payment partner, Stripe.

Terms of entry

  • You are welcome to bring picnic blankets and chairs. However, please be mindful of others and do not block walkways or obstruct others - during peak times and headliners you may be asked to take these up (and dance, if able!). We allow one sealed bottle of water per person or an empty refillable container. Please bring a proof of ID document, such as a driver's license or passport, as we operate a Challenge 25 policy.

    The following items will not be permitted: alcohol; food; Chinese lanterns; candles; paraffin lamps; sound systems; generators; BBQs; drones; laser pens; selfie sticks; all illegal drugs and psychoactive substances; compressed gas containers; aerosols; flares; air horns; flag sticks; banners, signs or materials displaying political, religious, offensive or race-related messages, slogans or images; any item that an Authorised Person considers dangerous; animals (other than guide dogs) are not permitted only for ticketed events. Any Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed even if the item itself is not illegal without compensation at the discretion of any Authorised Person.

  • No, pets are not allowed at the festival. Guide and assistance dogs are permitted.

  • No, there is a no re-entry policy.

  • Yes, as follows:

    Sunday - 3pm

  • We recommend bringing no more than a small bag to the festival, however, larger bags are permitted. For the safety and security of all attendees, our security staff will be carrying out random bag searches. No food or drink is permitted inside the festival, except either a sealed water bottle or an empty refillable water container
