Event Terms & Conditions

Note: Lazydays festival is organised by We Craft Events Limited, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.

Ticket purchase and refunds


  1. All tickets, experiences and extras prices include VAT.
  2. All Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event or unless the event is moved to another date which prohibits you from attending. If the event is moved to a new date there may be changes to the line-up which does not constitute a material change, and therefore does not qualify for a refund. In the event of cancellation, the full value of the ticket excluding any booking fees and transaction fees will be refunded to your original payment method, We Craft Events is unable to refund to alternative accounts. If the event is postponed there will be a deadline issued for a refund, if the deadline is missed your refund request will be invalidated and not issued.
  3. The Event is an outdoor event. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
  4. We Craft Events is unable to accept any liability or replace any tickets lost, stolen or damaged after they have been received by you.
  5. The rules and regulations of the venue (stated below) for which this ticket was purchased must be adhered to.
  6. Although We Craft Events will do its best to keep you informed of any cancellations, it is the ticket holders' responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
  7. Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published Event Programme without notification which may result in changes to the performance line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event. We reserve all rights in this regard. Any published start times of a performance at the Event are estimates and subject to change. We shall not be liable for any change of a published start time or change to the artists scheduled to perform. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing and so cancellation by an artist or performer will not entitle you to a refund.
  8. There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets should We Craft Events subsequently offer any discount or promotion for Lazydays Festival that makes tickets available at a price lower than that previously paid by any customer.
  9. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain our property.
  10. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold or offered, exposed or made available for sale, transferred or otherwise disposed of. We reserve the right to cancel without refund any Tickets issued to a Ticket Holder whom we believe plans to offer a Ticket for resale otherwise than in accordance with these Conditions.
  11. As a condition of the sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded and their actual or simulated likeness used in connection with the event for television, feature films, radio, webcast, podcast, advert, social media content, advertising and any other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes in any/all media throughout the world.


Payment Plans


  1. For certain purchases we may offer you the ability to pay for the booking in instalments in accordance with a Payment Plan. Please note that the Payment Plan option may not be available for all products and services.
  2. If a Payment Plan is available for a booking and you select to pay for the booking through the Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
    1. You must enter valid payment card details;
    2. We will store your payment card details and will automatically deduct the relevant payment instalment from your card on each instalment date;
    3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment card details remain valid and up to date. You will have the opportunity to change your payment card details through your account, but you must do this before payment of the next instalment becomes due.
  3. If a Payment Plan has been set up, we will automatically take payment of the instalment on each payment date within the Payment Plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail, but notwithstanding this obligation if a payment attempt fails for whatever reason (e.g. card has expired, is no longer valid, insufficient funds or card is declined by the bank), then we will:
    1. Give you notice of the failed payment attempt advising you that we will try to take payment again in 7 days, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation;
    2. If the payment attempt fails again, we will send you a second failed payment notice and repeat the process at paragraph (a);
    3. If the payment attempt fails for a third time, we may at our discretion cancel the booking by giving you written notice.
    4. Please note, upon cancellation of the booking due to your failure to keep up with the Payment Plan, your order will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit as well as any previous instalments that you have paid.
  4. If you select to pay using the Payment Plan, you may not be able to pay for your booking in different instalments, including early payment of the full balance. In some situations, it may be possible for us to take full payment of the balance, but this will have to be assessed by us on a case by case basis, so please contact customer services.
  5. Our Cancellation Policy applies to any cancellation by the Customer of a booking, including where paid for using the Payment Plan. Please note, if at We Craft Events’ discretion, if cancellation is accepted, you may lose your deposit as well as any previous instalments that you have paid through the Payment Plan.


Venue and entry requirement


  1. Admission to the Venue will only be authorised upon presentation of a valid Ticket and (if we and/or any Authorised Representative require) photographic proof of identity and proof of age (driver’s licence, birth certificate or passport). One Ticket will be required for each person, regardless of age. 
  2. Your Ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on entry, any patron found without a Wristband after entry may be ejected from the venue. Wristbands will not be reissued if they are lost.
  3. Ticket Holders who arrive late to any extra experiences are not entitled to be permitted entry or for a refund.
  4. The Ticket Holder is not guaranteed an uninterrupted and/or uninhibited view of any performance, nor is any representation or warranty given as to the quality, content or duration of the Event.
  5. Every Ticket Holder commits to preserving and protecting the Venue and commits to leaving no trace, not littering or damaging its condition. We Craft Events reserves the right to eject any Ticket Holder found to not be adhering to these principles.
  6. There is no re-admission for Ticket Holders after exit.
  7. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) for the duration of the Event – proof of identity and age must be provided on request at the admission gate to the venue. A maximum of two persons under 18 will be allowed entry with each adult (aged 18 or over).
  8. We Craft Events accepts no responsibility for any personal property while inside the venue.
  9. We Craft Events reserves the right to refuse admission. A Ticket Holder may be requested to submit to a body check and/or a search of their possessions to locate and remove any Prohibited Item, and any refusal by the Ticket Holder may result in refusal of admission to, or eviction from, the Venue without refund or compensation.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe tickets have been purchased fraudulently.
  11. We and/or any Authorised Person may refuse admission to or eject from the Venue without refund or compensation any Ticket Holder who:
    1. is noticeably under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any behaviour-modifying substance, or is behaving, or considered by any Authorised Person likely to behave, violently, harmfully or in a manner contrary to public order and/or safety;
    2. brings or attempts to bring into the Venue, possesses or uses within the Venue or in the vicinity thereof any Prohibited Item including, without limitation: alcohol; Chinese lanterns; candles; paraffin lamps; chemical toilets; sound systems; generators; BBQs; glass receptacles of any kind; drones; laser pens; selfie sticks; man-bags; unofficial high vis jackets; potential weapons of any kind; New psychoactive substances, Poppers and Nitrous Oxide; illegal substances; fireworks; compressed gas containers; aerosols (including deodorants, antiperspirants, hairspray) flares; air horns; smoke bombs; flag sticks; banners, signs or materials displaying political, religious, offensive or race-related messages, slogans or images; any item that an Authorised Person considers dangerous, hazardous and/or illegal or that may be used as a weapon or a missile or that may compromise or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of (or pose a hazard to) any person or security at the Venue; animals (other than guide dogs); any tripods or video camera equipment whatsoever (whether or not for personal use); any camera or other type of photographic or recording device (of any nature whatsoever and whether capturing audio, or still or moving pictures) other than for personal use; any objects bearing trademarks or other kinds of promotional signs and messages (of whatever nature) which we or any Authorised Person believes are for promotional purposes (and any Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed even if the item itself is not illegal without compensation at the discretion of any Authorised Person);
    3. brings or attempts to bring into the Venue any alcoholic beverages.
    4. brings or attempts to bring into the Venue, sells, possesses or uses within the Venue or in the vicinity thereof any sponsorship, promotional or commercial items or materials (of whatever nature) without our prior written authorisation (and the Ticket Holder may be asked to deliver up a copy of any such authorisation upon entry to or whilst within the Venue);
    5. whilst within the Venue or the vicinity thereof, engages in any form of activity related to marketing or advertising (including, for the avoidance of doubt, ambush marketing), or conducts any commercial activity whatsoever, or offers (either for free or for sale), sells or possesses items with the intent to sell (including, without limitation, drinks, food, souvenirs, clothes, promotional and/or commercial items and literature), in each case without our prior written authorisation (and any such items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed without compensation at our discretion and/or the discretion of any Authorised Person);
    6. whilst within the Venue or vicinity thereof, engages in disruptive, abusive, dangerous behaviour or other behaviour that is not in keeping with the inclusive and welcoming ethos and values of We Craft Events.
    7. whilst within the Venue, enters or circulates in restricted access areas or other areas where that person is not allowed access to; or climbs lighting masts, fences, roofs and other apparatus or constructions;
    8. whilst within the Venue, damages, interferes with, or tampers with any property of any third party;
    9. is suspected of committing, or having committed, or being likely to commit, a criminal offence in or about the Venue; and/or
    10. whilst within the Venue or the vicinity thereof, fails to comply with instructions from us and/or any Authorised Person, or refuses a security search.


General


  1. Warning – Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Please be aware that strobe lighting, lazers, smoke machines and other special effects may be used during the Event. We strongly recommend all minors wear ear defenders and all attendees take any precautions they deem necessary
  2. No trading is allowed anywhere within the Venue or in the vicinity thereof without our prior written authorisation (and the Ticket Holder may be asked to deliver up a copy of any such authorisation upon entry to or whilst within the Venue) and the responsible Ticket Holder could be evicted from the Venue without refund or compensation.
  3. The Event operates licenced bars and you need to be over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol at the Event. Please be aware that if we think that you look 25 years old or younger you may be asked to provide proof of age and if you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol.
  4. We take the needs of Ticket Holders who are disabled or who have other access requirements very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the Event. If you have access requirements for the Event please register your requirements through info@lazydaysfestival.com. 
  5. We Craft Events shall not have any liability to a Ticket Holder beyond the Face Value of the Ticket Holder’s Ticket. Nor shall we be responsible to the Ticket Holder for any indirect losses or damages including, but not limited to, loss of enjoyment, goodwill and/or travel or accommodation expenses. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to attendance at the Event which have not been purchased from us are at the Ticket Holder’s own risk.
  6. We reserve the right to make amendments to these Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
  7. These Conditions shall not affect a person’s statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice or the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
  8. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
