We Are Scientists are an American indie rock band formed in New York City in 2000 by Keith Murray and Chris Cain. They gained international recognition with their acclaimed debut album With Love and Squalor (2005), featuring fan-favourite tracks such as “Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt” and “The Great Escape.”
Known for sharp hooks, witty lyrics, and an energetic live presence, We Are Scientists have maintained a loyal global following, continuing to release new music and tour extensively while remaining a mainstay of modern indie rock.
