Accessibility

Below you’ll find information about accessible facilities at the festival, as well as guidance for attending as an accessibility customer.

We’ve made some updates to our Essential Companion scheme for Lazydays Chapter Four, so even if you’ve joined us before, please check the information prior to applying.

We’re excited to welcome you to Lazydays Festival and are committed to making the event as inclusive and accessible as possible.

Accessible viewing area

A dedicated ground-level viewing area is available beside the sound desk tent and is separated from the main crowd by barriers. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To make sure the space is available for those who need it, access is limited to the approved Access Customer and their Essential Companion.

Accessible toilets

Wheelchair-accessible and standard toilets are available across the site for accessibility customers and their essential companions.

Food & Drink

A selection of gluten-free and vegan options will be available along with non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mocktails.

Attendees attending with Essential Companions are permitted to bring essential food and drink into the festival, but please highlight this on your Essential Companion application so that we can issue a pass to authorise this at the entrance gate. This applies to accessibility customers only and not to their essential companions, or other customers attending with them.

Assistance dogs

We can consider assistance dogs that are trained and accredited by recognised organisations such as Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF), or Assistance Dogs International (ADI).

Festivals can be a challenging environment for dogs due to loud music, crowds, strobe lighting and long days. Please think carefully about whether the festival is suitable for your dog. If you’re unsure, email us and we can discuss other ways to support your access.

If you plan to bring an Assistance Dog, please contact us by 1 July 2027 as pre-approval is required. Please include your full name and booking reference so we can locate your details.

Accessible car parking

There is very limited Blue Badge parking available at Priory Park, along with a designated drop-off/pick-up zone and taxi rank.

We are in the process of arranging plans for the 2027 Park & Ride, which would guarantee an accessible parking space, we recommend booking our Park & Ride service during the booking process.

Essential Companions

An Essential Companion (EC) is someone who provides personal support so you can safely and comfortably enjoy the festival. For example, helping with mobility, communication, or medical needs.

This scheme exists to remove barriers to attending Lazydays. It is not intended as a general discount or free ticket for family members, friends or accompanying adults.

Essential Companion tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so getting your request in early is recommended, and they close by 1 July 2027. These facilities are intended for people with long-term disabilities and health conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any specific support to people with temporary injuries.

Our eligibility criteria have changed for 2027 - please check before applying.

We now exclusively use the Nimbus card scheme to be eligible for an Essential Companion ticket, with a three-step process to apply for an Essential Companion ticket:

  1. Have a valid Nimbus Access Card with a +1 symbol and a Nimbus Access Card number before completing your Lazydays Essential Companion Form. If you do not currently have a Nimbus Access Card, you must apply for one. They are £15, valid for 3 years and recognised at many events and venues across the UK. Apply early, as Nimbus processing can take time. Apply here.

  2. You must purchase an Adult General Admission in the name of the Nimbus Access Card holder. I.E the name of the ticket holder must match the Nimbus Access Card holder.

  3. Complete the Essential Companion Request Form below by 1 July 2027. All steps must be completed before 1 July to be eligible. Our team aim to review your application and respond within 10-14 days.

Other information

  • The EC must be 18+ and able to assist you independently throughout the event, without additional support.

  • EC only covers General Admission - should VIP access be required, then the General Admission component will be complimentary, with a VIP upgrade required to be purchased.

  • Extras (camping, parking etc) are not included.

  • If your main ticket is cancelled/refunded, the EC ticket is automatically cancelled.

  • If the Access ticket or the Essential Companion ticket are transferred to another person, the EC ticket will be automatically cancelled.

  • Essential Companions must have a valid ticket to attend. Essential Companion tickets must be arranged by the deadline of 1 July 2027; they cannot be organised after this date or on site.

Under 18s

All guests under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.

The responsible adult is not eligible for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket, as they are required to attend Lazydays with the under-18 guest in line with our licence and age policy.

There are therefore no Essential Companions for under 18s.
