Founded by three mates, grown by the community

Lazydays is yours just as much as it is ours

It started in 2023 as three mates - Andy, Elliott and Mike - connected through promoting local gigs, a shared love of festivals, and a fair share of charity fundraisers. We wanted to create a festival that felt genuine and personal, about community, creativity and pride. Every pint poured and every song played supports local talent, independent businesses and local projects.

FAQs

  • Yes! Day tickets are available right now - but you can save up to £47pp on weekend tickets, if you’re quick. First timers always tell us they wished they’d planned to come for all 3 days.

  • Southend is served by two train lines out of London, with a station just under 10-minutes walk away, and a free shuttle from Southend Central. The nearest parking is at London Southend Airport, with a free shuttle straight to Priory Park. We’re well connected - getting here isn’t a faff.

  • Lazydays is a non-camping day festival, but Southend is full of great places to stay nearby.

  • Yep! And we’ve loads of free kids’ activities and space to chill.

  • We’re all about celebrating the independent - the best in local street food, catered to all dietaries; wood-fired pizzas, nuggets taken to a whole new level, amazing thai food, craft drinks - think best breweries, regional distilleries, great wine and everything in between.
